Due to a high number of recent late cancellations; the rising costs of public transport, we have decided to revise our cancellation policy which will be effective from the 1st October 2026.

 

For bookings that are cancelled 12 hours or less before the date and time of the arranged collection, we will charge 50% of the cost of the vehicle movement plus VAT at 20%.

 

If we arrive at the arranged collection address, without notification of cancellation, a charge of 100% of the cost of the vehicle movement, plus VAT at 20% will apply.
